The homes are designed to fit narrow 33 foot wide city lots, although there are many instances when larger lots may have restrictions (easements, corner lots), that may require a narrow home. The actual design can be of any house style such as a two storeys or rancher but will be no more than 25 feet wide.

As most metropolitan cities have severe building restrictions for this size of property, it is imperative that you find out what the restrictions are before purchasing plans. You need to be aware of such things as the maximum floor space allowed, the maximum height, depth, and width and any other restrictions the city requires.
